    I've had Doggie Lawn delivery for almost a year. In the couple of times I've had an issue (primarily because I didn't fully understand how to order something or change my delivery schedule), I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Joel in customer service. Joel is the most thoughtful, kind, and efficient person. He gets right to solving the problem and does so professionally and sweetly. Joel has the fine art of customer service down to the highest level and knows how to make the customer feel cared for. Doggie Lawn is so lucky to have Joel at the helm.

    Great Customer Support!!

    France was amazing and helped with my issue. I also appreciated that they followed up several times to ensure that the replacement got delivered and was correct. Really appreciate their help and the excellent customer support!

    Exactly What We Need!

    We relocated from California to Massachusetts and found our pup is really NOT a weather dog!! He started having accidents after being completely potty trained because he wouldn’t go potty outside. I ordered him a Doggie Lawn and he loves it!! We also tried the Bark Lawn which he also loves! I have found that the smell is minimal, especially compared to pee pads! We also found our cat loves to jump in it when it’s new!!

    Best Product Ever!

    Doggie Lawn has truly changed our lives... allowing us to live in a highrise with a pup without the numerous "potty trips" to the pet area or outside. Our little girl LOVES her doggie lawn... (and even the cat has gotten jealous and used it a few times! lol) I would recommend this to anyone wanting a simpler life in the city! :)
