    Great option for hot weather

    My girl Omega is really enjoying having a nice cool spot for quick potty breaks without needing to put her boots on, which are necessary most of the day for any other trips outside during the hot AZ summer.

    New puppy loves it

    I have a tiny chihuahua who is 3 months old and before I got her I did my research and this popped up! This has been amazing. It instantly clicked for her and she uses it all the time and can now tell me that she needs to use the bathroom!!!!

    Sadie loves her Doggie lawn!

    The Doggie lawn is a great idea! A wonderful convenience for apartment living on the 2nd floor. Sadie loves having her very own lawn do roll around on and of course to take care of business on. We loved working with Doggie lawn and are hoping for more opportunities.

    Amazing Product, Even Better Customer Service

    DoggieLawn has been such a wonderful product for my puppy, Alfie. As a first-time puppy owner with an unvaccinated pup, having a safe patch of real grass has given me so much peace of mind. "New grass day" has become something we both genuinely look forward to every couple of weeks.

    Unfortunately, one shipment was delayed over a holiday weekend by the carrier, which obviously wasn't DoggieLawn's fault. The delay caused the grass to arrive in poor condition, and it was unusable.

    I reached out to the DoggieLawn team, and Joel responded almost immediately. He explained that the grass had experienced severe "shipping shock" from being delayed in transit over the hot holiday weekend. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what had happened! He reviewed all of my photos, never questioned my experience, and processed a replacement immediately. He even followed up afterward to make sure it arrived safely.

    As a first-time dog owner, you spend a lot of time researching the products you buy and hoping the companies behind them genuinely care about your pet. Joel showed so much compassion throughout the entire process, and it was clear that both he and DoggieLawn truly care about their customers and their furry family members. That kind of customer service is hard to find, and it made all the difference.

    The replacement was perfect, and Alfie was right back to celebrating his happy "new grass day." 😊
