All orders including a DoggieLawn or over $49 ship FREE within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Weather or holiday related disruptions may occur and interfere with harvesting grass and/or cause carrier related delivery issues. As such, although we do our best to ensure a timely, routine delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

When will my Shop order (toys, treats, etc) ship?
Shop orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of the date the order was placed. If you added an item(s) from our Shop to your next subscription order, we will do our best to ship it with your grass.
If You Selected 2-Day Shipping: Your order will arrive in 2 BUSINESS days if ordered by 12PM PST Mon-Fri (FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends). Example: If your order is placed on Wednesday at 9AM PST, it should be delivered by Friday. If your order is placed on Friday at 3PM PST, it should be delivered Wednesday.
If You Selected Overnight Shipping: Your order will arrive the next BUSINESS day if ordered by 12PM PST Mon-Fri (FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends). Example: If your order is placed on Wednesday at 9AM PST, it should be delivered by Thursday. If your order is placed on Friday at 3PM PST, it should be delivered Tuesday.

You can request a new delivery location or time, hold your packages at your nearest FedEx location, leave specific notes for your delivery driver such as a gate code or location details, and receive extra tracking notifications on your mobile device! If you have issues receiving packages at your home or office, FedEx also gives you the option to hold your packages at a different location for pick up! For Damaged Items: Damaged product must be reported via email WITHIN 48 hours of delivery by the carrier and must be accompanied by a picture to allow us to file a claim.
