DoggieLawn Rewards is DoggieLawn’s exclusive rewards program that’ll give you ALL the PAW-some vibes. Earn Paw Points to redeem for free products on your next order!
All customers can join DoggieLawn Rewards. This includes one time customers and subscribers!
It’s free to join! If you have a current customer account with DoggieLawn, you would automatically have been granted access to DoggieLawn Rewards. If you do not have a current customer account with DoggieLawn, you can create an account and sign up to the loyalty program by visiting the DoggieLawn Rewards page and clicking ‘JOIN NOW’.
When you join DoggieLawn Rewards, you'll earn 1 Paw Point for every $1 you spend! Even better? When you sign up for a DoggieLawn subscription, you’ll automatically earn 150 Paw Points plus another 150 Paw Points on your third and sixth subscription orders!
There are also various other ways to earn points by taking actions such as referring a friend, following us on social media and more!
- You must be signed into your account in order to earn Paw Points on your purchase.
- Paw Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your purchase after any discounts have been applied.
- You don’t earn any Paw Points for dollars spent on applicable taxes, shipping or handling.
- When products are refunded to the original payment method, Paw Points will be deducted from your account for the amount of the refund.

You can view your point balance by logging into your account on DoggieLawn Rewards Your points balance will also be available on your ‘My Account’ page when logged into Doggielawn.com.
You can redeem your Paw Points by signing into your account at DoggieLawn.com and clicking on DoggieLawn Rewards. Click "Redeem Points" to view the available products that are free to redeem to you based on your points balance. After, click "View" on the product you would like to redeem followed by clicking "Redeem". Last step is to click "Add product to cart" and check out like you normally would to redeem the free product using your points!
If you are redeeming your points and do not have an active DoggieLawn subscription, your redeemed reward would be eligible to ship free with a purchase of a lawn or when you spend more than $49 on your order. If not, you are subject to charges of $7.50 for shipping.

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Your DoggieLawn Paw Points will automatically expire 12 months from the date they are earned. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points) then your points balance will be set back to zero.

Unfortunately, the DoggieLawn Rewards program doesn’t currently offer this option. All the points you earn are just for you -- enjoy! :)
No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases and actions when logged into your account.
