Sizing Questions?
We offer four sizes to match your dog’s needs:
- Small (24 × 16") — great for dogs under ~15 lbs
- Medium (24 × 20") — for pups up to ~30 lbs
- Large (24 × 24") — for dogs up to ~50 lbs
- XL (24 × 48") — ideal for dogs over ~40 lbs, multi-dog households, or extra space preference
If you’re unsure, pick the size that gives your dog room to move, turn around, and potty comfortably. In many cases, a larger size can improve success (especially for bigger dogs).
Yes — in many situations. A larger pad means your dog has more “safe space,” which often leads to fewer misses and more confidence. Big dogs or dogs with less precision often benefit from the XL’s extra room.
That said: training fundamentals still matter (consistency, praise, etc.). The XL is a helpful boost, not a substitute for teaching.
Because the XL lawn is just the grass pad — the tray (or flex mat) is sold separately.
The reason: trays for the XL size are large and costly to ship, so we leave the choice up to you.
If you do want a tray, we offer both rigid XL trays and a flexible (roll-up) “Flex-Tray” option.
Absolutely. You can change your lawn size at any time from your account settings — up or down — to match your pup’s changing needs.
