As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities we wanted to help answer any questions you may have. Our deliveries are continuing to ship normally and we are working with vendors and operators to ensure safety precautions. We are closely monitoring the information surrounding COVID-19 and will make any updates here and through email. 

Q: Is DoggieLawn still operating?
A: Yes, we are still operating and shipping orders and plan to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.

Q: Will I get my order on time?
A: We will do our best to ship your order on time. Our team is working diligently to ship orders while doing everything we can to keep our employees safe. If rainy weather is forecasted at our farms, expect to receive your order a little earlier than usual. Although your order may ship out on time, any delivery delays with FedEx in the weeks ahead are, unfortunately, out of our control and we appreciate your understanding.

Q: Can I pause my subscription? 
A: Yes, you can pause your subscription up to three months at a time. You can log into your account here and manage your delivery schedule or contact us for help.
