    great customer experience!

    I had an XL subscription for two grass pads for about 6 months when I adopted a senior shelter dog who came without any potty training. The DoggieLawn worked perfectly. I only had to use the training aid spray once and she went straight to it.

    I no longer need the DoggieLawn since I have moved to a bigger apartment with a backyard space and grass. Shoutout to Maria on the customer service team who helped me with my subscription when I was still in the middle of moving, and graciously helped cancel my subscription. I appreciated the human response and care. I would definitely resubscribe if I moved back to a place without a yard.

    It took a while with an older rescued from research beagle

    Because Leo was a rescue from a laboratory and I have had him for 10 years I was not able to do the intense training. I had to keep sprinkling kibble in it and waiting for him to figure it out. But now I can let him sleep through without diapers and make it to the doggie lawn or close. It will help him for as long as I can keep him.

    Life Saver for Apartment Potty Training

    This is such a good tool for training unvaccinated puppies and giving them exposure to grass without risk of infection. It’s convenient to setup and I appreciate the disposable tray to not have to commit to buying a more permanent one.
