The Best Customer Service!
Somehow Aileen made a bad or unfortunate situation with shipping, a better experience for me and my furry bestie Hazel Starr. I contacted her with a problem and she made it right. I love the product as it makes life so much easier and my doggie loves it too!

Amazing product!
I work 45 hours/week , my dog loves her walks and knows she is supposed to potty outside, she never really adapted to regular potty mats but used her grassy mat on a consistent basis! Very grateful!

We love it!
Our dog is 13 years old and arthritic. We recently moved from a house with direct access to our yard to a three story townhome. This has made quick potty breaks such a relief for our dog and his joints. While we still take him outside for full potty time, this has made it so much easier!
