Do Not Sell: California Consumer Privacy Act Requests

Beginning January 1, 2020 verified California residents will have the right to request that we not sell their personal information. DoggieLawn and its affiliates do not disclose your personal information in exchange for monetary payment. However we may disclose or provide access to personal information to certain third parties that provide us with services such as helping us with advertising, data analysis and security, which may fall under the definition of “consideration” and be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. By completing the form you are instructing us to exclude your personal information from those transactions.

To respond to your request we will need to collect information from you to verify your identity and to enable us to link the information we hold to your verified identity. The verification process helps ensure that we are honoring your requests for information about you, and not about someone else. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a request; if you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must make the request on your behalf.
